Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload from intake through settlement.
• Serve as primary contact for clients throughout the life of their case.
• Maintain detailed notes documenting all client communications.
• Update Litify with all case activity and communications.
• Move cases efficiently through pre-litigation stages.
• Coordinate medical treatment, referrals, and document collection.
