Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume sales environment with receipt and payment of cash.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Process deposits and pay out funds; balance daily operations.
• Handle cash and checks; verify amounts and endorsements; issue receipts.
• Sell money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and certificates of deposit.
• Cross-sell bank services to a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.
