Job summary

FNBT is seeking a teller to provide frontline customer service in a high-volume branch environment. You will handle cash and checks, verify endorsements, and issue receipts, while following bank policies and supporting in-store sales and cross-selling of bank services.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the willingness to help a diverse customer base, including Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old.
• Six months of accountable cash handling/transaction management in retail or customer service.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of the FNBT Step Program for internal employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with receipt and payment of cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Follow bank policies under supervision.
• Evaluate customer relationships to offer bank products and services.
• Aim for monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in in-store prospecting within a sales environment.
• Process deposits and pay out funds; balance daily operations.
