Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or currently enrolled in high school.
• Six months of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong cash handling accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, involving receipt and payment of cash, in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate new and existing customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow established policies in accordance with the bank and supervisor's direction.
• Process deposits and pay out funds, balance each day’s operations and record transactions accurately.
• Cross-sell bank services and products to a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers.
