Job summary

Wireless Vision in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Representative to join its T-Mobile Premium Retailer team. You will greet customers, assess their wireless needs, and help drive revenue while delivering exceptional service on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include handling activations and payments, supporting store operations, and participating in marketing efforts to attract new customers. A friendly, energetic attitude and reliable schedule are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs to provide tailored wireless solutions.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones.
• Participate in marketing efforts, including outbound calls and community outreach.
• Support store operations, including cash handling and inventory counts.
• Process activations, changes, bill payments and upgrades.
