Job summary

Our Customer, an endoscope manufacturer, seeks an Event and Inventory Coordinator on a contract basis in Auburn, MA. Role is part-time (8:30 am - 12:30 pm, Mon-Fri) and involves event creation, inventory availability, and SAP maintenance for tracking.

You will work with Marketing, Sales, and Logistics to coordinate conventions, shipments, and inventory control, while ensuring timely follow-up and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Coordination of event requests and inventory availability.
• Experience with SAP event recording and tracking helpful.
• Strong communication across Marketing, Sales, Logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creation and tracking of events from request to completion.
• Manage inventory planning for events with goal of high fill rate.
• Coordinate shipments to Auburn warehouse and field locations; track returns and consumables.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly/monthly reports; ensure SLA adherence.
