Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in bartending preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume bar.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Good time management and professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar daily by stocking beer, wine, spirits, and supplies according to policy.
• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service.
• Prepare and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
• Operate the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Keep work areas clean and equipment properly stored.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company policies.
