Job summary

FASTSIGNS International. Inc is seeking an Outside Sales team member to join a dynamic, growth-oriented sign and graphics company.

You will develop and maintain relationships across various industries, prospect for new business, and provide consultative signage solutions that drive workplace impact. The role offers a competitive base salary with commissions and bonuses, ongoing training including a Sales Bootcamp at FASTSIGNS HQ in Texas, and clear career pathing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; advanced education degree preferred.
• Prior experience in an outside sales/commission based environment preferred.
• Prior B2B consultative sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.
• Prior experience in a sign and graphics environment a plus.
• Valid driver2s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prospect for new business and network for sales opportunities.
• Sell a consultative solution to meet customer needs in signage and graphics.
• Attend meetings with clients to identify needs and provide recommendations.
• Create and follow up estimates and maintain prospecting records.
• Sell products that suit customer needs and build a database of qualified prospects.
• Follow up on new prospects and referrals from marketing and field activity.
• Participate in networking and marketing events and trade shows.
