Guardian Impact Windows & Roofing in South Florida is hiring full-time Call Center Appointment Setters to drive sales through outbound calls. This is a sales-focused role, not customer service, with responsibilities including qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

You will earn $17.50 per hour base plus $100 per appointment that closes, with weekly pay and monthly bonuses. A bilingual Spanish/English ability is a plus, and a strong work ethic and team spirit are valued.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of call center, appointment-setting or sales experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle high-volume outbound calls.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Speak professionally and confidently with homeowners.
• Qualify leads and identify potential customers.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Accurately document calls, customer information, and appointments.
• Follow up with leads when necessary.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals; maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
