Job summary

Renuity in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Appointment Setter—Base plus Commission for an in-office expansion role. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, build rapport, and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales team.

The position offers $15/hour base plus uncapped commissions, with first-year earnings ranging from $60,000 to $80,000+. Growth opportunities, plus health, dental, life, and disability insurance, paid holidays, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match are

Qualifications

At least 1 year of call center sales experience.
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Must be tech-savvy with data entry and Microsoft Office.
Ability to type 30 WPM and multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities

Field inbound and outbound calls to engage prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts.
Build rapport and trust with potential customers and schedule consultation appointments for the outside sales team.
Handle inquiries from multiple marketing sources (TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, direct mail).
Place outbound calls to qualified leads with strong conversion rates; up to 40%.
Manage and follow up on leads to hit sales and productivity goals.
Follow schedule availability: Mon-Fri 8:00–4:30, 11:30–8:00; Sat 8:00–4:30 or 10:30–7:00; Sundays off.
