Openwork Health is seeking a dedicated Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a full-time position in a fast-paced surgical setting. You will support perioperative care, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of OR RN or surgical setting experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong knowledge of operating room protocols and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including setting up instruments and supplies.
• Maintain sterile technique and aseptic practices to prevent infection.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during procedures.
• Administer medications, assist with anesthesia, and provide intraoperative support.
• Coordinate with the surgical team to meet procedure needs.
• Document all aspects of patient care per facility policies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or complications during surgery.
• Assist with patient positioning and ensure safety at all times.
• Provide postoperative care and communicate with patients and families.
