Job summary

Gopuff is seeking an Operations Associate to join our on-site team in Urbana, IL. You will perform multiple operations tasks including picking, packing, receiving product, and coordinating with drivers to ensure accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities include inventory control, shelf replenishment, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards while handling items that may include tobacco, alcohol, or food products. The role requires flexibility across shifts and physical endurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a fluid schedule including peak shifts.
• Experience in restaurant or retail environment preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use web-based software.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Receive and unpack pallets; ensure inventory accuracy against PO/invoice.
• Manage inventory and re-shelving of canceled orders.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and facility; control waste per FIFO.
• Prepare, package and stage orders for delivery.
• Support substitutions or out-of-stock communications with customers.
