Job summary

ACCEL Schools LLC is seeking online K-12 teachers to lead core content instruction for students statewide through a rigorous online learning platform. In-person state testing and events are required several times per year.

Ideal candidates hold a valid Florida teaching license, have strong knowledge of state standards, and possess excellent communication skills. This remote role supports live and asynchronous instruction with data-driven planning and family communication.

Qualifications

• Current State teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Knowledge of State Standards and Common Core Standards.
• Preferred two years' experience teaching.
• High level of comfort in growth-focused coaching, observations, and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as teacher of record and primary instructor in all core content areas and grade levels.
• Deliver highly effective live lessons via web conference based on student need.
• Complete course setup for each course within the LMS.
• Monitor student progress in asynchronous courses and provide feedback/grades daily.
• Track and maintain contact with each student.
• Communicate regularly with families regarding academic and social-emotional growth.
