Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers in Longmont seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Practitioner (NP/PA/CNS) to serve as a hospitalist and work in a high-volume oncology clinic. You will provide comprehensive cancer care alongside oncologists, nurses and the care team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of practice, NP MSN or PA NCCPA certification with current state licensure, and BLS/CPR. The position offers competitive salary and extensive benefits as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Requires NP with MSN in nursing or PA with NCCPA certification or CNS with MSN and license.
• Minimum 3 years of practicing NP, PA, or CNS in the chosen specialty.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• State licensure as NP/PA in practicing state; AOCNP/AOCNS preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Hospital rounding: examine patients, manage clinical care, review diagnostics, monitor medications, and plan care with the physician team.
• APP duties: assess, plan, implement and evaluate care; document interventions and patient responses; provide education to patients and families.
• Perform procedures with supervision and support; participate in case management and chart/documentation with timely updates.
• Promote wellness and refer to community resources; incorporate evidence-based research into practice.
