Job summary

Audacy, Inc. is seeking a dynamic On Air personality for WOMC in Detroit, MI. This on-site role requires craft in live broadcasts, audience engagement, and cross-platform content creation to entertain and inform listeners.

You will manage social media content, coordinate with the Programming team, and contribute to live events and radiothons while upholding FCC guidelines and station brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills.
• Strong knowledge of music and pop culture for the target Detroit audience.
• Familiarity with FCC guidelines and radio regulations.
• Experience with on-air broadcasting and audience engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create original content and perform live broadcasts.
• Participate in and create content for social media platforms.
• Monitor logs for airshift and ensure promotions are executed properly.
• Operate the control board and handle production tasks.
• Represent the station at live events and radiothons.
• Maintain compliance with FCC requirements and brand standards.
