Job summary

The ADON will lead clinical rounds, coordinate care, and help implement policies.

This role requires a current RN license, prior supervisory experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in nursing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and monitor patient care.
• Hire, train, and schedule nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
