Job summary

Qualifications

• Superior academic record and strong research and writing skills.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and depositions.
• Ability to work independently and in a litigation team.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and discovery and contribute to case strategy.
• Draft and argue motions as part of litigation matters.
• Take and defend depositions in NC state and federal courts.
