Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) and NY licensure required.
• 3–5 years of general commercial litigation experience.
• Experience drafting/responding to pleadings and discovery.
• Experience drafting/arguing motions and taking/defending depositions.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience in NY State and federal courts.
• Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
