Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP has an opening in the Washington, D.C. office for a Litigation Associate with three to five years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation.

Qualifications

• JD required and DC bar licensed.
• DC bar admission is required; Maryland/Virginia license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all aspects of general commercial litigation.
• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions.
• Advise clients on risk management strategies and resolving complex disputes.
