The ideal candidate has multi-skilled abilities, strong reliability, and a customer-service mindset. Responsibilities include maintenance and light repairs, painting, minor carpentry, diagnosing and fixing general repairs, reading a tape measure, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled technician capable of drywall repair and carpentry.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and light repairs across sites.
• Paint interior/exterior and patching tasks.
• Light installation or carpentry such as cabinets.
• Diagnose and fix general repairs, read a tape measure.
• Fabricate and install cabinetry, trim, and furniture.
