Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a Multifamily community in Mableton, GA. You will support the Property Manager, coordinate operations, budgeting, marketing, and lease administration to ensure market-ready performance and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising on-site staff, maintaining resident files, and driving renewals while ensuring Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant property management education is a plus.
• High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational school required.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience and 1+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, marketing, vendor contracts, and reporting.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
