Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Multi-skilled Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems. This position supports Engineering and Technical Services and contributes to reliable facility operations.

You'll inspect equipment, assist with installation and modification, review work orders, and help manage energy use while adhering to safety and codes under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures and deliver outputs under supervision.
