Job summary

RedPeak Properties, LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Apartment Leasing Consultant for its Denver operations. You will serve as a brand ambassador, handling inquiries online and in person, and lease apartments across a diverse product mix from boutique to luxury townhomes.

You will work with clients to match their needs with available units and foster long-term residency. You’ll manage lead follow-up, schedule tours, and maintain accurate records in Yardi and leasing software, with a focus on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in property management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and lease volume, ensure smooth move-in and lease paperwork.
• Develop leads, set tours, and respond to inquiries to convert prospects.
• Aim for high resident renewals and satisfaction through proactive service.
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing and leasing efforts.
