Qualifications

• 2+ years as Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, or similar in multifamily.
• Advanced knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape, appliances, OSHA standards.
• One or more industry-specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• Proven success in leading, training, and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to maintain and enhance community value.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, and related systems.
