Tarantino Properties is seeking an energetic Leasing Agent to help residents find their next home across our apartment communities. You will provide top-notch customer service to residents and prospects while managing leasing activities and office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires traveling between properties and using OneSite, Knock, and BlueMoon to process applications, track records, and support the team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Excellent organizational and filing skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.
• This position requires traveling between properties, must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed
