The ideal candidate will multitask in a fast-paced environment, travel between properties, and use property management software to manage resident records and tasks. This on-site position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with property management software: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoon.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous leasing or property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-ups.
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner.
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports.
• Utilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks.
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed.
