Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of property management or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ARM/CPM designation and WA Real Estate license desired or pursued within 6 months.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with Entrata or similar software.
• Strong customer service, communication, and writing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and manage on-site tasks.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the physical asset including daily inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Market and lease properties; respond to inquiries and prepare leases.
• Assist with budget planning, financial reporting, and vendor negotiations.
• Manage resident, vendor, and project files; ensure office coverage 9–6.
• Lead property staff; recruit, train, and conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain Fair Housing compliance and deliver excellent resident service.
