Job summary

Penske Entertainment is seeking a Social Media Intern in Indianapolis, IN to support the IMS social team under the guidance of the Director of Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist. The internship runs February 2027 through September 2027, with a minimum weekly commitment of 15 hours and a focus on content creation, community engagement, and fan growth.

You'll gain hands-on experience across major platforms, assist with race weekend coverage, and collaborate with the Penske Entertainment

Qualifications

• Experience in social, digital, marketing or content roles.
• Understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day social publishing and content tracking.
• Support IMS race weekend coverage during the 2027 season.
• Co-lead content strategy for Coors Light Snake Pit channels.
• Monitor trends and engage with the online community.
