Northrim Bank/Residential Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator. The role focuses on soliciting and developing residential mortgage loans, with substantial outside sales activities and collaboration with realtors and referral sources.

Responsibilities include interviewing applicants, collecting financials, and ensuring compliance with investor guidelines and regulatory requirements. A strong communicator with lending know-how is essential for success.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of lending experience.
• Registration with the National Mortgage Loan Licensing Registry required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Thorough knowledge of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae and other loan programs.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and screen loan applications.
• Conduct the loan interview and collect necessary borrower information.
• Determine borrower qualification based on investor guidelines.
• Order a real estate appraisal for purchase or refinance.
• Maintain knowledge of local real estate trends and lending rates.
• Develop relationships with local realtors, developers and builders.
• Follow applicable state and federal laws and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
