Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.

• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Establishes detailed marketing plans and outreach to realtors, builders, and developers.
