• Abundant mortgage experience developing external business via referral partners such as realtors, builders and financial planners.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to loan processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data for qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and tracks progress.
• Structures loans to comply with lending practices and regulations.
• Develops detailed marketing plans and maintains a network of potential customers.
• Cross-sells bank products to generate new business.
