Job summary

Retrospective Wellness LLC seeks a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to provide targeted case management and rehabilitative services. This role involves supporting clients' mental health needs through interventions that improve functioning and coping strategies across various settings.

The ideal applicant will have a relevant degree and experience in mental health services, and will be capable of working independently as well as part of a clinical team. Bilingual skills and familiarity with Medicaid are advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Competency in provision and documentation of Mental Health Targeted Case Management.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience with Medicaid documentation preferred.
