Job summary

StretchLab is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to support the General Manager in acquiring new members and booking Intro Classes. The role focuses on bringing in new memberships, retaining current members, and driving retail sales, with fitness interest being a plus.

This position emphasizes front-desk operations, member tours, and contributing to events that promote the club, with commission on sales and opportunities for growth within the studio network.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group sessions/retail.
• Ability to learn and use ClubReady software.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Must be fluent in English with strong communication in person, on the phone, and via email.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Book and confirm intro classes for new members.
• Greet and check-in clients at the front desk and guide tours of the facility.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow up with leads.
• Participate in events to promote the club and maintain studio cleanliness.
