Maintains effective classroom management, recognizes and addresses learning and behavior issues.
Differentiates instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
Evaluates student progress using multiple assessment methods and provides reports.
Communicates with parents in a timely manner; maintains positive communication with students, staff, parents and community.
Upholds district policies, procedures and school rules; adheres to health and safety policies.
Maintains regular attendance and uses conference/planning time effectively.
Keeps current in subject matter knowledge and learning theory; participates in professional development.
Respects confidentiality of records and information according to ethics and laws.
Shares responsibility during the school day for supervision of students.
