Qualifications

Responsibilities

• A. Major Function: Management of Instructional Time—materials ready, start class quickly, keep students on task.
• B. Major Function: Management of Student Behavior—establish rules and monitor behavior.
• C. Major Function: Instructional Presentation—present lessons with objectives and relevant examples.
• D. Major Function: Instructional Monitoring of Student Performance—check progress and performance.
• E. Major Function: Instructional Feedback—provide prompt feedback on in-class and out-of-class work.
• F. Major Function: Facilitating Instruction—align objectives, strategies and assessments with goals.
• G. Major Function: Interacting Within the Educational Environment—treat all students fairly and engage with others.
• H. Major Function: Performing Non-Instructional Duties—fulfill duties and pursue professional development.
