Qualifications

• Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18+ years old at application.
• Interest in matcha, tea culture, or wellness.
• Previous barista or food service experience preferred.
• Social media and content creation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ceremonial-grade matcha, coffee, and other beverages with accuracy and presentation.
• Welcome guests with warmth and educate them about matcha.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar space and follow safety procedures.
• Represent the Vale brand and understand Vale's values and history.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
