Job summary

Vale is seeking a Matcha Ambassador in Phoenix to bring the brand to life at events and cart sites. You will greet guests, explain matcha benefits, and serve ceremonial-grade beverages with care.

This role rewards energy, hospitality, and creativity, with weekend shifts and opportunities to grow with a fast-growing startup. Previous barista experience is a plus; social media content creation is encouraged, and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Weekend availability is essential for this role.
• Be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
• Interest in matcha, tea culture, or wellness.
• (Preferred) Previous barista or food service experience.
• (Preferred) Social media and content creation experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ceremonial-grade matcha, coffee, and other beverages with accuracy, care, and consistency.
• Create a welcoming guest experience and educate guests about matcha.
• Maintain health, safety, and Vale standards in a clean, organized space.
• Represent the Vale brand and its history and values.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver friendly, professional service.
