Vale is a fast-growing Seattle-based startup bringing the real benefits of matcha to a billion people. As a Matcha Ambassador you are a storyteller, host, and guide who creates genuine connections with guests while delivering the care, precision, and hospitality Vale is known for.

Our Matcha Carts move throughout Phoenix, offering dynamic shifts, weekend availability, and a chance to meet diverse communities.

Qualifications

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays.
An interest in matcha, tea culture, or wellness.
Be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
(Preferred) Previous barista or food service experience.
(Preferred) Social media and content creation experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare ceremonial-grade matcha, coffee, and other beverages with accuracy, care, and consistency. Execute proper mixing techniques, temperature control, and presentation.
Create a haven for matcha lovers. Welcome guests with warmth, educate about matcha, and guide both first-time drinkers and seasoned enthusiasts.
Maintain health, safety, and Vale standards; keep a clean, organized space and support smooth café flow.
Represent the Vale brand and be a positive ambassador to customers and team members.
Be part of a collaborative team and contribute to a friendly, professional atmosphere.
