SERVPRO Team CHG is seeking a Marketing Representative to grow brand awareness and engage with customers in our local area. You will share the SERVPRO story with new contacts, meet people in person and online, and contribute to revenue growth through proactive outreach.

• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
• Strong process and results driven attitude.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and educate clients about brand benefits.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in sales territory, including Insurance Agents, Adjusters, Property Managers, and First Responders.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as associations, CE classes, and other gatherings.
• Utilize marketing software to document calls and track lead activity and opportunities.
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports for the sales territory.
• Increase territory revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
