Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales; or a minimum of one year of related experience or training.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Superior organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Local Leasing and Advertising Manager with the implementation and coordination of the SLA program.
• Coordinate tenant move‑in and move‑out activities, including RMU fixtures and communication with security and operations.
• Collect and route proposed inline signage and kiosk renderings for approval; ensure tenants use signage.
• Coordinate and attend new tenant meetings prior to opening and ensure standards.
• Monitor and enforce common area visuals and operating requirements through walk‑throughs and records.
• Collaborate with property team on A/R management and collections efforts.
• Assist with holiday décor directives enforcement.
• Identify appropriate common area placement of proposed tenants and mark spaces on lease plans.
• Support event coordination and collaboration with contracted event companies.
• Manage back‑lit directory program updates and keep graphics populated.
