The position requires handling move‑ins, conducting showings, and maintaining show units to company standards while using OneSite/Yardi to manage data and track activity. Onsite hours apply with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and sales activities.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and conduct tours.
• Familiarity with screening, credit checks, and lease processing.

Responsibilities

• Lease to new residents and process applications and moves.
• Inspect units and coordinate maintenance prior to move‑in.
• Design marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Utilize on‑site software to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects to secure lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and requests.
