Responsabilidades

• Participates in patient assessments by determining nursing care needs based on data interpretation.
• Documents patient observations, treatments, and responses using the nursing process.
• Assists with development/revision of the plan of care with data and potential goals for RN review.
• Communicates significant changes in patient status to the clinical team.
• Implements the plan under RN supervision and ensures tasks are completed.
• Maintains organized workload to deliver quality care in a time-efficient manner.
