Qualifications

• Experience in transportation management or logistics coordination.
• Familiar with GIS and GPS technologies.
• Strong data interpretation for package movement and schedules.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms such as AS400.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule delivery routes using transportation management systems.
• Utilize GPS and GIS tools to monitor vehicle locations, track shipments, and adjust dispatch plans proactively.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse teams, and 3PL providers via multi-line phone systems and other platforms.
• Manage freight shipments by verifying shipping and receiving details, updating data entry logs, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Use analysis skills to troubleshoot dispatch issues, optimize delivery sequences, and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of dispatch activities, vehicle statuses, and shipments.
• Provide exceptional phone etiquette and clear communication to resolve issues swiftly while maintaining positive relationships with drivers and partners.
