Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to individual and branch goals.
• Develop and maintain connections by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with laws.
• Engage with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate passion for achievement and goal orientation.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and explain loan terms and options.
