Job summary

OneMain, a leader in responsible credit access, is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to support customers from initial inquiry through loan life cycle in a on-site Denver, CO setting. You will engage clients via phone, email, chat and in-house systems to present tailored financing solutions and drive branch goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by delivering results aligned with branch goals.
• Engage with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, offering tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate drive to achieve and goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
