World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage collections, and assist customers with tax preparation in a fast-paced, in-person environment. The role requires daily outbound calling, meeting customers, and closing loans to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payments.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments, updates, and documentation in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required training to meet performance goals.
