Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns. The role requires daily outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and closing loans.

You will balance a fast-paced workload with performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations while pursuing performance-based earnings and advancement. Compensation is $15–$18 per hour, based on experience and location, with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and requesting the business.
• Outbound outreach for collections, follow-up, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax questions.
