OneMain Financial in Ohio is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access friendly, fast, affordable financing for life’s expenses. You will engage with clients to present tailored loan solutions and manage communications across phone, email, chat and in‑branch interactions.

The role requires a high school diploma, bilingual Spanish is a plus, and prior sales, collections or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively multitask and adapt to dynamic demands of the role.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement, delivering results related to branch goals.
• Develop connections and engage customers throughout the loan process, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate a drive to achieve and a goal-oriented attitude.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
