Qualifications

• Must be able to independently perform all required bank runs and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms and requesting the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation in a high-volume phone environment.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and arranging payment plans.
• Prepare individual tax returns, gather documents, and assist customers with tax questions per policies.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax services, payments, and issue resolution.
