CardsHQ is seeking a dynamic TCG Breaker to lead live selling sessions across platforms like Whatnot, Fanatics Live and TikTok. You will present products, engage viewers, answer questions, and drive sales while maintaining top-notch customer service.

The role requires weekend availability and a readiness to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy, packaging, and shipping when needed.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in retail or sales.
• Excellent communication during live broadcasts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Pokemon and TCGs; knowledge of the trading card industry is desirable.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Whatnot, Fanatics Live, and eBay.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live sales broadcasts highlighting CardsHQ products on Whatnot, Fanatics Live and TikTok.
• Deliver dynamic, entertaining product presentations to engage buyers.
• Manage multiple transactions and a wide range of products during live sales.
• Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Interact with customers during live broadcasts, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
• Occasionally assist with packaging and shipping sold products.
• Set up, operate, and manage the full live stream experience.
• Self-direct live shows, ensuring smooth and professional execution.
• Process and fulfill orders received through live sales promptly and accurately.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.
